Returns

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return, please email drinklionlyte@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, we do not accept returns on opened or used containers of LionLyte electrolyte products. This includes any product where the seal has been broken or the container has been opened.

Opened dietary supplements are non-refundable.

Return Conditions

Approved returns must be:

Unopened and unused

In original, sealed packaging

In resaleable condition

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order at your convenience.
